All other uniform replacement will be done on an annual basis or as needed with the appropiate documentation

New Issue

New equipment will be issued upon the hiring of any new employee who is required to wear a uniform as part of their duties within the Baltimore Police Department.

Uniform Tracking

This Quartermaster Unit has developed a unique Uniform Tracking Database.

We are able to track quantity of items issued to our uniformed members to aid in the ordering of uniforms.  Serial numbers of handcuffs, flashlights, weapons, expandable baton, and body armor are stored in our data base which allow us to track them in the event that an item is lost or stolen.

We also have the ability to monitor the issuance of uniforms to assure that Uniformed Personnel are issued the proper regiment of equipment.
